Permanent, Part-Time

£33,000-£35,000 (Full-time equivalent)

28 hours, Monday-Friday

Introduction to the Company

This is an exciting opportunity to join a small and supportive HR team within a great company. As the HR Advisor, you will bring fresh ideas and a background HR experience to enhance employee engagement and drive effective solutions.

You will be involved in all aspects of HR across the employee life-cycle, providing a professional service to all employees.

Description of the role
  • Provide a professional HR service across all stages of the employee life-cycle.
  • Build strong relationships with managers to support performance and retention.
  • Manage and resolve employee relations issues, including investigations and grievances.
  • Analyse and report on HR data to identify trends and support strategic decisions.
  • Support recruitment, on-boarding, and apprenticeship processes.
  • Maintain HR systems, troubleshoot issues, and ensure accurate data management.
  • Review and update HR policies and procedures in line with legislation and best practice.
  • Provide general HR administrative support and assist with internal communication.
About you
  • CIPD Level 5 qualified.
  • Experience of working with a HRIS.
  • Excellent communication skills across the business.
  • A passion for working with people.
  • A keen eye for detail being able to interpret data.
