Oakleaf Partnership is representing a market-leading, international SME Financial Services company. They are looking for a Head of HR for a 12-month FTC. Managing a small team, you will be responsible for devising and implementing the People Strategy to ensure the company meets its business objectives. You will manage all relevant HR processes and ensure HR policies are implemented across the UK, US, India, and Singapore. Your role involves finding solutions for better people management and the smooth rollout of HR projects. This is a hands-on role advising and supporting the management team and employees, as well as driving international HR projects. What is the role
Leading the HR team, you will drive and support priorities and workflows to ensure the company achieves its business objectives. You will work closely with the Senior Leadership team, utilizing key data to advise them on a commercially focused HR People Strategy and influencing them on the best course of action. Acting as a trusted advisor, you will provide excellent HR services to management and employees across the spectrum, including Talent, Recruitment (with a growth plan in place), performance management, compensation, L&D, and ER. You will champion continuous improvement and lead or participate in HR projects regionally and internationally. Additionally, you will coordinate and advise senior management on remuneration policies and staff salaries based on external benchmarks and establish and implement policies and initiatives across various HR functions.
