A global payments company is seeking an experienced Head of HR to lead its HR function and drive strategic initiatives. The ideal candidate will manage recruitment, employee relations, and performance management while ensuring compliance with employment legislation. We are seeking an experienced and proactive Head of HR, reporting to the CEO. As Head of HR, you will play a strategic and hands‑on role in delivering exceptional HR service across the employee lifecycle. You will act as a trusted advisor to managers, driving best‑in‑class recruitment, employee relations, performance management, learning & development, and HR systems processes. You will work closely with stakeholders to align business objectives with people solutions, enabling the company to grow and thrive.
This is a six‑month FTC.
