About The Role

As a Vice President, HR Business Partner, OPx you will be a strategic advisor and consultant to senior leadership, driving HR plans that align with our goals. You will shape and implement talent strategies, promoting a culture, and ensuring organizational effectiveness. This role partners with leaders to influence and implement employee engagement, leadership development, and change management plans. You will lead a team of 4 HRBPs with a global employee count of 7,800+. You will report to the Chief Human Resources Officer. This is a remote position.

Key Responsibilities
  • Strategic Partnership: Collaborate with senior leaders to understand our goals and develop HR strategies that support organizational success. Be a confidant, counselor and coach to the leadership team and lead and sponsor programs that encourage flexibility, productivity and efficiency across the organization.
  • Talent Management: Lead workforce planning, succession planning, and talent development plans to build leadership capability and talent pipelines, and to support our growth plans. Lead processes to develop and retain talent.
  • Organizational Development: Promote organizational design and change management efforts to support growth and transformation.
  • Employee Relations and Engagement: Provide expert guidance on complex employee relations issues, ensuring compliance and promoting a positive work environment. Improve management capabilities to lead employee engagement.
  • Performance Management: Champion a culture of feedback through coaching and process improvement. Evaluate performance management and compensation/benefits practices that fairly and competitively recognize and reward employee contributions.
  • HR Metrics and Analytics: Use data to inform decisions, identify trends, and measure the impact of HR programs.
  • Policy & Compliance: Ensure HR policies are compliant with legal requirements and aligned with company values.
  • HR Management: Work with members of the HR team and develop trusted relationships to allow honest feedback and dialogue related to human resources and other business topics of corporate importance.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience. Degree in human resources, business or related field preferred.
  • 15+ years' experience in human resources leadership roles in both field, technical and corporate environments.
  • Experience with strategic HR planning, talent management, organizational development, compensation and benefits, employee relations, employee communications, and learning/development.
  • Experience achieving a unified approach to HR processes in the context of delivering the right solutions to our needs.
  • Experience working in an organization with diverse business structures including JVs and Major Projects, including M&A due diligence and integration plans.
  • Experience in a global, multi-site, growth-oriented company with a commitment to best practices in the HR team.

We are committed to transparency and equity in all of our people practices. The base salary range for this position, which is dependent upon experience, qualifications and skills, is estimated to be $230,000 to $287,500 per year. In addition to the base pay, this role may be eligible for incentive pay based on company and individual performance.
