An established HR consultancy based in Swindon seeks an experienced HR Consultant. The role involves assisting clients on various HR matters, including employee relations, redundancy programmes, and providing tailored advice. Candidates should be CIPD qualified, with strong knowledge of UK employment law and experience in complex casework. Henlee Resourcing is working in partnership with this well respected and growing HR consultancy based in Swindon to recruit an experienced, proactive and commercially orientated externally focused HR Consultant on a permanent basis. The role is site based in Swindon (with parking) with some travel to London to suit client requirements.
Working as a trusted Advisor / Consultant to a varied portfolio of clients, you will be assisting clients on site with a wide range of activities including recruitment / on-boarding, employee relations issues, redundancy programmes, settlement agreements and TUPE matters as well as undertaking client project work as required.
