Our values:

Put Patients First | We exist to improve patients' lives.
Teamwork Makes It Work | We believe in collaboration. Level Up | Continuous learning is core to our success.
Embrace Innovation | We lead with cutting-edge digital health technologies.

Location: On-site in Norwich, UK- open to discuss 4 days onsite, 1 from home
Reporting to: People Lead - Consultant

Join us as a HR Business Partner in a hands on role in the People Team during a time of growth. You will be joining a small team of 2, supporting us to take our plans to the next level. You will be reporting to the People Lead (Consultant) and working alongside the HR Assistant.

You will provide operational and strategic HR support across the employee lifecycle, with a particular focus on employee relations cases, department-level change management, and partnering with Managers in a fast-paced, scale-up environment. You bring experience guiding businesses through change and building trust with Managers as a true partner. You are happy to role up your sleeves and be involved in generalist team work to support our mission and levelling up.

As a HRBP at Evaro, your role looks like:
  • Stakeholder Management & Business Partnership
  • Build trusted relationships at all levels, providing commercially-focused advice to leaders and managers
  • Champion our values, employee experience, and high-performance culture
  • Be an HR problem-solver: proactive, collaborative, and willing to “roll up sleeves” on both strategic and practical challenges
  • Employee Relations
  • Act as the first point of contact for employee relations matters, including disciplinary, grievance, capability, and absence processes
  • Advise, coach, and support managers in all ER situations, ensuring fair, pragmatic, and legally compliant outcomes
  • Conduct and document investigations, hearings, and employee meetings as needed
  • Know when to escalate and include People Lead in complex cases or those where the wider SLT are involved.
  • Generalist HR Support
  • Partner with our on-site HR Assistant, who leads on day-to-day HR administration, onboarding, and data input; provide guidance where needed, but operational admin is not the primary focus for this role
  • Advise on employee lifecycle changes, people processes, and improvements as we evolve (the HR Assistant will own day-to-day onboarding logistics)
  • Ensure compliance with HR policies, employment legislation, and best practice
  • Resolve complex HR policy, process, or employee queries as an escalation point
  • Collaborate with the internal recruitment team (three dedicated Talent Acquisition Partners) by keeping informed on upcoming hires and changes to team structures
  • Support workforce planning, organisational change, and functional structure reviews; not responsible for hands-on recruitment delivery
  • People Projects & Change Management
  • Support the People Lead with delivery of people initiatives, including learning & development, engagement, inclusion, and performance projects
  • Support change management processes at the department level, from new initiatives
  • Contribute to culture-building, employee wellbeing, and embedding new HR policies
Your experience
  • Significant hands-on HR BP/generalist experience, ideally gained in a commercial, scale-up/start-up, or fast-paced SME environment
  • Strong, practical experience leading or supporting employee relations casework (e.g., disciplinary, grievance, performance, and absence)
  • Comfortable working independently, but with a collaborative and proactive approach to supporting a mainly remote People Lead and onsite team
  • Highly proactive, able to spot patterns and intervene for better resolutions
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills
  • Solutions-focused, able to keep the bigger picture in mind
  • Demonstrated impact in a rapidly changing, growing business

Desirable

  • CIPD Level 5 qualification, but robust on-the-job experience is equally valued
  • Experience supporting organizations of up to 200 employees, ideally have had experience of 100 and scaling.
  • Experience supporting a dispersed or hybrid workforce, with a mix of employees and contractors
What you can expect
  • Work in a fast-growing startup redefining healthcare through technology and data.
  • Collaborate with innovative clients and a passionate, forward-thinking team.
  • Take on high-impact projects that directly shape the future of digital healthcare.
  • Embrace innovation in a company centred on technology-driven solutions.

  • A hand in creating a new benefits offering with us!
  • Flexible working options
  • Opportunities for professional development and growth
  • A modern office based just outside of Norwich
  • Regular team building and events
