Job summary
A leading social care provider in Birmingham is seeking an experienced HR and Recruitment Officer. In this permanent, full-time role, you will develop recruitment strategies, manage the hiring process, and ensure inclusive practices. Ideal candidates should have strong HR experience and excellent communication skills. This role is critical in enhancing the lives of our clients through effective talent acquisition.
