Role Overview:
We are currently looking for a dedicated and experienced Gardener to join our team on a temporary basis, with the opportunity to become a permanent member. This role involves working across a range of high-end properties, ensuring gardens and green spaces are maintained to the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• General garden maintenance including mowing, strimming, hedge cutting, and pruning
• Use and upkeep of garden tools and machinery (e.g., lawn mowers, hedge cutters, strimmers)
• Working independently or as part of a team to complete tasks on schedule
• Communicating professionally with residents, clients, and property agents
• Maintaining a clean and safe work environment
• Planting, weeding, and other seasonal horticultural tasks (plant knowledge preferred but not essential)
• Taking pride in the quality and finish of all work completed

Ideal Candidate Will Have:

• Minimum 2 years’ experiencein a similar gardening or grounds maintenance role
• Full UK driving licenceand experience driving vans
• Strong attention to detailand a conscientiouswork ethic
• Physically fit and comfortable with manual outdoor work
• Ability to work under pressure and manage time effectively to meet deadlines
