Job summary
A leading recruitment agency is seeking a Let Property Advisor in Chessington. This hybrid position requires strong customer service skills, insurance brokerage experience, and the ability to work within FCA guidelines. Role: Let Property Advisor
Status: Permanent, Full Time, Hybrid (1 week in office, 2 weeks WFH)
Salary: £24,000 per annum (inclusive of alternate Saturdays; OTE £34,000)
Bonus: Plus bonus – to be discussed at interview stage
Working hours: Monday to Friday 9:00am – 6:00pm; Saturdays alternate 9:00am – 4:30pm (paid extra)

- Follow Data Protection guidelines
- Liaise with clients on all incoming/outgoing calls
- Liaise with Insurance companies and the Premium funding company
- Prospect and identify potential new business opportunities
- Chase outstanding diary notes/issue letters within time frame; cancel policies as needed
- Invite and chase policies due for renewal until they are renewed or lapsed
- Assist other departments within the business when necessary
- In-house support provided for CII qualifications if not yet obtained
- Experience in customer service and home insurance
