We are looking for an organised and committed individual with a professional approach, to join us as a Home Administrator at our Dementia/Nursing Home, Berkeley Lodge in Worthing.
Hours: 40 hrs p/w
You will be providing administrative support to the home so that our team can focus on providing high quality care to our residents and ensure the smooth running of all administrative functions within the home.
The administrator duties include email and postal correspondence, handling telephone enquiries, admission and occupancy records, monitoring of resident accounts, invoicing and financial management tasks.
You will also be responsible for administration of rotas for the home and monitoring of the time and attendance system and the accurate and timely processing of payroll and HR information (including new starters, changes, leavers, sickness and other absence) so that employees are paid correctly.
