A leading healthcare provider in Wareham is seeking a Community Staff Nurse to join their Integrated Care Team. The role involves delivering high-quality, person-centred care to patients in their own homes. Candidates should have a nursing qualification and strong interpersonal skills. Flexible working hours are available, and excellent learning opportunities are provided. This role is crucial for maintaining patient wellbeing and avoiding hospital admissions.
Dorset HealthCare are currently seeking a Community Staff Nurse to join our vibrant and innovative Integrated Care Team in Purbeck, in the District and Community Nurse team in Wareham. You would work alongside our experienced Community Nurse Teams helping to provide care needs to a high-quality standard of care for patients in their own homes. We can be flexible with shift patterns as long as the service needs are met between hours of 08:00-20:00. We offer a structured induction programme, flexible working patterns and pastoral support. There are excellent learning and development opportunities, both in-house and through our links with local universities, plus the option of a preceptorship programme for newly qualified nurses to boost your skill development.
Employment in this post requires an Enhanced Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) check, which the Trust will cover the cost of. Applicants who subscribe to the DBS update service are able to present a valid DBS certificate instead of requiring a new check. Applications from candidates that require current Skilled worker sponsorship to work in the UK are unfortunately ineligible to apply for this position.
