Job summary
A leading UK HR consultancy is seeking an HR Manager - Employee Relations Specialist based in Farnborough. The role requires strong experience in managing complex Employee Relations cases and a comprehensive knowledge of UK Employment Law. You will support multiple sites and a variety of managers. The ideal candidate will have a track record in fast-paced environments such as hospitality and retail, alongside a CIPD Level 5+ qualification. The package includes a salary of £55,000 - £65,000, bonus, and hybrid working arrangements.

- Proven HR Manager level experience with strong ER expertise.
- Expert knowledge of UK Employment Law.
- Multi-site background in hospitality, retail, catering, contracts or QSR.
Responsibilities
- Manage complex ER cases independently from start to outcome.
- Provide accurate and confident UK Employment Law advice.
- Support multi-site managers with varying HR capability.
- Lead on disciplinary, grievance, capability and performance processes.
- Support organisational change programmes.
- Ensure consistent HR practice across all sites.
