• 3+ years HR Management experience required.
• 5+ years Senior Employee Relations experience.

• Assist HRBP with Employee Relations advice.
• Review recruitment metrics and progress.
• Create monthly board reports and attend meetings.
• Ensure compliance with employment laws and policies.
• Manage HR Projects and Implementation.
