As HR Manager, you’ll provide hands‑on HR support to our Head Office team in Crick Northamptonshire, ensuring our people strategy aligns with business goals and complies with employment legislation. You’ll champion best‑in‑class people practices, nurture a positive and inclusive workplace culture, and partner with leadership to drive talent development and organisational success. This is a hybrid role which will include 3 days in the office per week.
