A leading hospitality company in the UK is seeking an HR Business Partner to shape and champion culture across its hotel portfolio. The role involves working with key stakeholders, leading on employee relations, and driving well-being initiatives while supporting transitions and onboarding of hotels. We're searching for an HR Business Partner who can help us shape, strengthen and champion culture across our hotels. You'll report directly to our HR Director and oversee a portfolio of 15+ hotels – a mix of branded and unbranded properties. You'll play a pivotal role in enabling our people strategy and supporting our leaders to deliver exceptional employee experiences. This role is flexible on location, and we offer a hybrid working model, however regular travel is required as you'll spend time in your hotels with General Managers and senior stakeholders to provide hands‑on, strategic support.
