Pay & Hours

Rate of £12.71 for 20 hours/week over 5 days. Flexible hours can be discussed.

Role Overview

Assist in store operations, prepare food, ensure quality and hygiene standards, and lead the team to increase sales and customer loyalty. Training provided, with opportunities for progression.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet customers and create an inviting atmosphere.
• Manage deliveries and stock.
• Prepare food according to standards.
• Maintain hygiene and safety standards.
• Handle cash and operate tills.
• Assist with opening and closing the shop.
• Drive sales and minimize wastage.
• Previous supervisory experience in retail or customer service required; food production experience advantageous but not essential.
