We are recruiting Food Production Operatives to join our team in Barton‑upon‑Humber. You will be working in the packing area of a busy, modern bakery facility that produces delicious garlic bread products.

Key Responsibilities

• Pack baguettes into boxes or crates ready for shipment.
• Palletise boxes and pallets, ensuring each pallet is labelled correctly.
• Maintain high packing standards, packing efficiently and accurately.
• Keep up with the speed of the machine in a fast‑paced environment.

Pay and Hours

• Days: £12.80 per hour
• Nights: £14.51 per hour
• Overtime: £19.21 per hour
• Working hours: 6am – 6pm and 6pm – 6am, 4 on 4 off, full‑time role
