Maintenance Technician – Lincolnshire – Full Time – Permanent

Salary £40,000 – £45,000 DOE

Our Lincolnshire based client has an exciting opportunity for a Maintenance Technician to join their team on a full time, permanent basis. This is a hands‑on role where you’ll be responsible for keeping advanced systems running smoothly.

The Role
  • Carry out routine, preventative, and reactive maintenance of all systems and equipment.
  • Diagnose and resolve mechanical and electrical faults to ensure continuous operation of automated and environmental control systems.
  • Inspect and maintain structural components.
  • Assist with installation, upgrades and test of new systems or equipment.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external contractors to ensure smooth operations.
  • Maintain accurate records of maintenance tasks, inspections and repairs.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives, identifying opportunities to enhance system performance and sustainability.
  • Participate in on‑call rota and emergency repair coverage when required.
  • Proactive attitude ensuring a safe working environment for yourself and your colleagues by adhering to company H&S policies and procedures.
The Candidate
  • Proven experience in mechanical, electrical or facility maintenance ideally within a horticultural, food production or industrial environment.
  • A proactive attitude and commitment to health and safety.
  • Able to operate to high standards of compliance.
  • Commitment to undertake continued training and development.
  • Proactive and flexible approach to work.
  • Willing to take responsibility and ownership for tasks.
