Job Description

1. Provide financial insights that contribute to the strategic decision-making process.
2. Perform financial analysis, planning and forecasting.
3. Take a lead on budgeting and actuals.
4. Conduct variance analysis and cost controlling.
5. Collaborate with various teams to understand business performance and challenges.
6. Implement cost-saving strategies.
7. Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards.
8. Present financial findings to senior management.
9. Participate in cross-functional projects and initiatives.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Finance BP and Analyst should have:

1. A degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
2. Knowledge of financial forecasting and diagnosis, corporate finance, and information analysis.
3. Proficiency in Excel.
4. Strengths in budget control, forecasting and analysis.
5. Knowledge or experience of management accounts.
6. Strong analytical skills, with a focus on detail and accuracy.
7. Excellent communication and presentation skills.
8. An understanding of the Manufacturing industry would be advantageous.
