We seek the very best for this role—someone capable of driving growth, with a good understanding of the Kidswear retail landscape, consumer shopping behaviors, and brand positioning.

While not directly managing a team, you will collaborate with a cross-functional support team, providing guidance and support as needed.

• Manage all direct Kidswear wholesale sales, focusing on UK & Ireland
• Create assortments aligned with growth ambitions and consumer preferences across physical and digital retail channels
• Identify growth opportunities through strong sellers, new avenues, and strategic divestments; demonstrate knowledge of sell-through, trade terms, and KPIs
• Own the order book, maximizing intake and profitability
• Upsell, manage in-season sales potential, and actively oversee inventory and marketing strategies

• Manage accounts with a focus on growth, business terms, performance reviews, and the selling process, especially within Kidswear
• Deliver sustainable, profitable growth for the wholesale business and maximize commercial opportunities across all accounts
• Set standards for the Lyle & Scott collection, ensuring segmentation and delivery of a premium experience
• Support launching new initiatives, including product development tailored to market needs and exploring new consumer routes, including D2C channels
