We seek the very best for this role—someone capable of driving growth, with a good understanding of the Kidswear retail landscape, consumer shopping behaviors, and brand positioning.

While not directly managing a team, you will collaborate with a cross-functional support team, providing guidance and support as needed.
Role Responsibilities
- Manage all direct Kidswear wholesale sales, focusing on UK & Ireland
- Create assortments aligned with growth ambitions and consumer preferences across physical and digital retail channels
- Identify growth opportunities through strong sellers, new avenues, and strategic divestments; demonstrate knowledge of sell-through, trade terms, and KPIs
- Own the order book, maximizing intake and profitability
- Upsell, manage in-season sales potential, and actively oversee inventory and marketing strategies
Accountabilities
- Manage accounts with a focus on growth, business terms, performance reviews, and the selling process, especially within Kidswear
- Deliver sustainable, profitable growth for the wholesale business and maximize commercial opportunities across all accounts
- Set standards for the Lyle & Scott collection, ensuring segmentation and delivery of a premium experience
- Support launching new initiatives, including product development tailored to market needs and exploring new consumer routes, including D2C channels
