Campaign Manager / Customer Success Manager - Email/Performance Marketing Tech

Up to £50k base + 10-15k OTE (flexibility for the right candidate)

3 days in the London Office

The Role:

• A customer success role focused on enhancing customer outcomes by analyzing campaign data and proposing improvements

• Serve as the daily contact for the account
• This is not a sales role; no upselling or renewal responsibilities

Requirements:

• Experience in a customer success or campaign management role within SaaS performance marketing technology
• Strong understanding of performance marketing metrics
• Ability to analyze marketing data and identify optimization strategies
• Experience working with retail, ecommerce, fashion, or luxury brands (preferred)
• Availability to work in the London office 3 days a week
