A community health and care provider in the United Kingdom is seeking a Mandatory Trainer to deliver Fire Safety and Quality & Safety training. This part-time role offers flexibility and the chance to impact lives positively while traveling to various locations, including Essex and Kent. The ideal candidate will possess relevant fire safety qualifications and experience in designing blended learning solutions. We’re seeking an experienced and compassionate individual to join our team as a Mandatory Trainer, predominantly focusing on the delivery of Fire Safety, Warden, Evacuation training. There will also be a requirement to deliver other Quality & Safety training where needed: BLS, PM&H, Conflict resolution for clinical colleagues across our Community Adult and Childrens Services. This is a unique opportunity for someone who wants to step back into the sector in a part‑time or flexible capacity while making a real difference.
Due to the nature of this role, you will be required to travel to our Essex, Kent and Prison (Chelmsford & Norwich) hubs to deliver training.

Salary: £34,000 – £36,000 per year (pro‑rata for part‑time, dependant on experience).
