A leading university in Northern Ireland is looking for an Academic Excellence Executive Assistant to provide comprehensive support to the Faculty/School. Responsibilities include organizing events, data management, and supporting academic projects. The ideal candidate will have a good standard of numeracy and literacy, as well as experience in a business environment. Flexible working arrangements are available.

As a key member of the School/Faculty team, the role will support Academic Excellence in its broadest sense, as directed by the pressures/demands of the schools and faculties, at varying periods throughout the academic year/REF/TEF cycle.
The role holder will provide a comprehensive and professional support service to the Faculty/School leadership teams. The role holder will be involved in undertaking project work, analysis, and research under three broad headings: Research, Teaching, and Placement Support. However, while the main focus may be on one of these work streams, the focus may change according to the stage in the academic cycle, e.g. REF/TEF preparation.
