We are seeking a dynamic Digital Marketing Executive to join a market-leading HVAC manufacturing business with a strong reputation for innovation, quality, and technical excellence.

This is a key role, offering the opportunity to make a real impact by shaping and executing marketing strategies that directly influence business growth and brand positioning.

You will be involved in....
  • Strategic Impact: This is a hands-on role where your ideas, creativity, and expertise will drive meaningful marketing outcomes - not just campaigns for the sake of activity.

  • Growth Opportunity: You'll work closely with senior leadership and cross-functional teams to develop and deliver high-value marketing initiatives aligned to ambitious - yet realistic - business objectives.

  • Collaborative Culture: Be part of a close-knit, supportive team in a positive, forward-thinking office environment where your contributions are valued.

  • Autonomy & Ownership: You'll have the space to lead projects from concept through to execution, with minimal reliance on external agencies.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver and support the execution of a comprehensive marketing strategy aligned with budget and commercial goals.

  • Develop and manage in-house marketing campaigns - including content creation, digital marketing, lead generation, and social media.

  • Generate high-quality, marketing-qualified leads to support the company's commercial objectives and growth targets.

  • Own internal and external communications, ensuring consistency in tone, style, and brand identity.

  • Build relationships with industry publications and develop editorial and advertising opportunities.

  • Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and regulatory changes to inform strategy and positioning.

  • Conduct market research on key business initiatives and provide actionable insights.

  • Enhance the company's SEO strategy to maintain a market-leading digital presence.

  • Lead on marketing collateral - including website content, sales literature, newsletters, email marketing, PR, and more.

  • Support KPI development and deliver regular reporting on marketing performance and ROI.

  • Manage company events and trade shows, supporting the brand and business development goals.

  • Assist the sales team with key account promotion and targeted campaign activity.

  • Oversee the design and distribution of branded promotional materials.

Skills and Experience required:
  • Minimum 3 years' experience in a B2B marketing role, ideally within technical, engineering, or manufacturing industries.

  • CIM qualification (or working towards) is preferred.

  • Strong team player with excellent communication and collaboration skills.

  • Proactive, organised, and self-motivated with a strong attention to detail.

  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with evolving priorities.

  • Passion for creativity backed by a results-driven mindset.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a confident, capable Marketing Executive.
