Overview

Carat is the European media agency for Kellanova, a dynamic FMCG company with three business units: Cereals, K Snacks and Salty Snacks. Kellanova is a key client for Carat with a longstanding relationship (10+ years) renewed recently. Annually we plan and buy over 100m+ Euros of media (50%+ in digital) for them across 29 markets, with a focus on the UK, Spain, Germany, France and Italy.

The Carat Central team consists of Consumer Experience Planners, Communication Planners and Market Planners aligned to the three business units. The role is for an Account Executive who would sit within the Pringles team. The role focuses on best practise delivery of implementation planning and buying across all European markets.

The purpose of the Account Executive role is to:

  • Support the Account Managers and Directors across all aspects of planning, launching, and reporting for their European client teams
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues across local markets, digital buying hubs and the broader dentsu team to service client needs
Key Accountabilities & Responsibilities

Managing the Business:

  • Support the Manager and Account Director with the delivery of multiple workstreams simultaneously to meet client expectations
  • Support in coordinating the team's deliverables, ensuring all responses and updates are provided to our central teams in an accurate and timely manner

Relationship Management:

  • Supports team with general client liaison and administration
  • Builds and maintains collaborative working relationships with all local and specialist teams (e.g. markets across Europe and the digital hub team)
  • Meets with & learns from key local and global media owners

Finance & Budget Management:

  • Work with Operations team to ensure budgets are accurate and up to date for approval purposes
  • Work with specialist teams to ensure Lumina media plans are updated regularly to accurately reflect their latest plans

Reporting Oversight:

  • Attention to detail is a key requirement to ensuring the accuracy of our plans and reports.
  • Work with local and hub teams to collate post campaign performance reports
  • Support in the collation, review, and presentation of regular Kube performance presentations

Communications Planning:

  • Work with team to effectively brief local and hub teams on campaign activity
  • Support Managers and the specialist teams to create holistic media recommendations that deliver on Kellogg's business objectives and reflect local market nuance
  • Support Managers & specialist teams in building out detailed, tactical plan recommendations and executing plans
