• Act as the first point of contact for customer enquiries by phone and email, providing a professional and approachable service


• Prepare quotations, process purchase orders, and ensure accurate documentation


• Build and maintain lasting relationships with customers to encourage repeat business


• Liaise with suppliers and book couriers to ensure seamless delivery processes


• Oversee the packaging and completion of orders


• Provide administrative support to the wider sales and operations teams

• Competent user of Microsoft Office, particularly Outlook and Excel


• Relationship-focused with the ability to build strong rapport with colleagues and clients alike

• Salary £26K to £28K per annum (depending on experience)


• 25 days holiday plus 8 bank holidays
