Job summary
A facilities management recruitment firm is looking for an experienced Facilities Manager to lead engineering maintenance at a healthcare estate in Birmingham. The role includes managing shift operations, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations, and acting as the main contact for stakeholders. Ideal candidates will have at least 5 years of NHS management experience and relevant engineering qualifications. Competitive hourly pay rate offered, alongside a fixed-term contract.
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years management experience within NHS or similar environment.
- Strong knowledge of engineering maintenance and HTM compliance.
- Understanding of CAFM systems and digitised maintenance processes.
Responsibilities
- Oversee shift-based engineering teams and performance.
- Ensure all PPM and reactive repairs meet necessary standards.
- Act as a key operational interface with stakeholders.
