Estate Agent Senior Floating Branch Manager

This is a role for an enthusiastic, skilled and charismatic Estate Agent seeking a responsible and well paid role with a dynamic and growing business, where success, commitment and hard work is both recognised and rewarded - an excellent salary package awaits you if you match the description.

Responsibilities

• Spend circa 3 to 6 months in a Floating Branch Managers role covering various offices, working in conjunction with and covering for existing Branch Managers in their absence, and driving listings in various offices.
• Lead by example and motivate your team; be professional in all aspects of selling homes.
• From winning new business to motivating and getting the best out of your team, you will be expected to lead by example.
• Take the helm of your own office when available, providing excellent grounding within the company.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years experience in the Estate Agency industry, including practical experience in valuations and instruction gaining.

Compensation and Benefits

• On target earnings of GBP60,000.
• Basic salary GBP31,000 plus GBP4,000 car allowance or company car.
