We have an opportunity available for a Full TimeRecovery Worker to join the team at Inspiring Minds - Lancashire Supported Living Rehabilitation Service based in Preston, Lancashire PR1 7QE.

The service contains 5 beds and will provide intermediate short term rehabilitation support to adults with mental health needs, learning disabilities and individuals on the autistic spectrum and is designed to be a personalised, interactive and collaborative process, reflecting the whole person. It will enable individuals to maximise their potential to live a full and active life within their family, social networks, education/training and the workplace where appropriate, in the context of their mental health and promote recovery.

Salary: £12.00 hourly
Hours: 35 weekly

You'll provide compassionate, person-centered, and recovery-focused care and support, helping individuals build resilience, coping strategies, and self-management skills.

By fostering partnerships, signposting, and making referrals, you'll ensure that those attending our service have access to all the specialist, universal, and targeted support that they need.

On joining Making Space you will be supported step by step with on-the-job training as well as the opportunity to undertake professional qualifications if desired and required for your role.
