An established industry player is seeking dedicated Recovery Support Workers to join a new rehabilitation service in Burnley. We have an exciting new opportunity available for 4 Recovery Support Workers to join our brand new Lancashire Supported Living Rehabilitation Service Inspiring Minds East, based in Burnley, Lancashire, BB11 1UG.
Salary: £12.60 per hour
Hours: 35 per week working shifts 8am-3pm and 3pm-10pm.
This is a brand new service and you will be joining a new team. The service is due to open mid June 2025 with Induction planned for staff from 1st June 2025.
The service contains 9 beds and will provide intermediate short term rehabilitation support to adults with mental health needs, learning disabilities and individuals on the autistic spectrum and is designed to be a personalised, interactive and collaborative process, reflecting the whole person. It will enable individuals to maximise their potential to live a full and active life within their family, social networks, education/training and the workplace where appropriate, in the context of their mental health and promote recovery.

The successful candidate will have a Diploma Level 2 in Health and Social Care (or equivalent) or be willing to work towards this.
Previous experience of working within a mental health setting and having the knowledge of understanding and working with people with a variety of complex needs is essential for this role.
