• Salary: £25,000 - £28,000

In this role, you'll work alongside a multidisciplinary team, supporting clinical staff, and delivering high-quality patient care. You will have opportunities to work with state-of-the-art technology and facilities, supported by strong leadership and a focus on excellent patient experiences.

• Supervise and support clinical and junior staff, providing education, training, and mentorship.
• Deliver evidence-based, effective patient care.
• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate care collaboratively.

• Registered HCPC qualification as an Operating Department Practitioner.
• Post-registration experience; Immediate / Advanced Life Support desirable.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills, flexible and motivated.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, understanding the importance of continuity in patient care.
