Job summary
A leading budget hotel chain is seeking a Duty Manager to oversee hotel operations and ensure high-quality guest experiences. The role involves coordinating various departments, managing staff, and maintaining service standards. Ideal candidates will possess strong leadership skills and be able to handle complex situations. Flexibility in hours and the ability to work under pressure are essential. This is a full-time role based in Greater London.
Qualifications
- Experience in a customer-facing role, ideally in hospitality.
- Ability to manage a diverse team and foster talent.
- Strong problem-solving skills in high-pressure situations.
Responsibilities
- Report to the General Manager and manage operations in their absence.
- Coordinate all aspects of the operation for optimal function.
