A leading cleaning services provider in the Greater London area is seeking a Cleaning Duty Manager to oversee multiple rail sites. The successful candidate will lead cleaning teams, ensuring high standards and smooth operations while providing training and support to staff. The ideal applicant will have supervisory experience ideally in cleaning or a similar field, a thorough knowledge of health and safety standards, and relevant qualifications such as BICS and IOSH. This role offers a salary between £29,000 and £32,000 per annum and includes comprehensive employee benefits.

Qualifications

  • Experience in a supervisory or team leadership role, ideally in cleaning or FM.
  • Knowledge of COSHH and Health & Safety regulations.
  • Calm and organised approach, able to prioritise under pressure.

Responsibilities

  • Guide and support supervisors and cleaning teams.
  • Ensure team training in health and safety is up to date.
  • Conduct daily quality audits and report findings.
  • Assist in recruitment and onboarding.
  • Lead staff briefings and safety discussions.
