Duty Fleet Manager | £(Apply online only) per day (Inside IR35) | Merseyside area | initial 3-month Contract.

Are you a meticulous and tenacious professional with experience and passion for rolling stock operations? We are seeking a Duty Fleet Manager to ensure the smooth and safe operation of the fleet. This role is pivotal in providing business-critical support and ensuring the smooth operation of our fleet.

1. Efficiently manage fleet operations using the SRMS system.
2. Maintain effective communication with all stakeholders to ensure smooth operations.
3. Ensure that health, safety, and welfare standards are upheld at all times.
4. Log all activities to ensure that accurate records are maintained.
5. Adopt a meticulous and tenacious approach to documenting and communicating all fleet-related activities.
6. Understand and address the pressures faced by the Fleet Team and MEC members.

3. Experience of managing an operations team in a high-pressure environment.
