Oakley Grange is a luxurious residential and dementia care home based in Warwick offering state-of-the-art facilities, including 66 large en-suite bedrooms and 5 luxury care suites. The home features lounges, dining rooms, an on-site café bar, a cinema, and a hair and beauty salon.
We are seeking an additional Home Admissions Advisor to join our team. The ideal candidate will be ambitious, dedicated, and compassionate, working alongside our current Advisor to ensure the effective operation of Sales and Marketing, meeting budget targets, and filling the home with the appropriate client base to maximize revenue.
The role requires professionalism, excellent customer service, and the promotion of the Cinnamon Care Collection’s values and vision. The HAA will promote the home, conduct external business development, and establish community and professional links.
This role involves close collaboration with the General Manager. The candidate should be decisive, self-motivated, proactive, flexible, and adaptable. Confidence, enthusiasm, and a desire to excel are essential. Strong prioritization, workload management, and interpersonal skills, including influencing abilities, are required.
