Job Description

We are seeking a Reception Team Leader (Concierge Team Leader) for a new contract at Portico, overseeing a small team based with a neobanking firm in a multi-tenanted building in Canary Wharf.

The successful Concierge Team Leader, assisted by a Concierge team member, will oversee front desk operations, manage meeting rooms and visitors, support the senior team with business travel needs, and maintain vigilant security of the floor.

Working Hours: 40 hours per week, Monday – Friday, with rotating shifts between 8am-9pm.
Salary: £31,000

Qualifications

Ideal candidates will be friendly, passionate about excellent service, detail-oriented, and eager to expand their knowledge and experience.

Supervisory experience in customer service is essential, preferably within a corporate setting or similar role.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills are required, with the ability to interact effectively with colleagues and clients at all levels.

Experience in security is a significant advantage.
