About The Role
We’re seeking a Digital PR Lead to shape and enhance our brands' presence in the media and digital landscape by managing our Digital PR campaigns.
As Digital PR Lead, you will oversee all online media coverage of our brands, focusing on earning backlinks, mentions, and press coverage in top-tier and niche media, thereby boosting our domain authority, backlink profile, personal branding, and EEAT.
This is a remote position supporting flexible working hours aligned with your local timezone, primarily collaborating with UK-based team members, with occasional meetings with North American teams.

Responsibilities:
- Devise small-scale, data-driven outreach campaigns with pre-considered angles to earn coverage.
- Create 3-6 month bespoke campaign plans across relevant niches.
- Build lists and leverage networks for targeted outreach to secure coverage.
- Coordinate with in-house publication editors for expert commentary on campaign opportunities.
- Identify journalist requests on social media and relevant tools to bring to editors.
- Serve as the PR point of contact for journalists and the Editorial team.
- Collaborate with editors to generate campaign ideas and outreach strategies.
Success metrics:
- Number of backlinks achieved.
- Number of brand mentions secured.
- Number of campaigns published monthly.
Required skillset:
- Proven track record of earning links and coverage through reactive PR activities.
- Ability to generate both reactive and proactive PR opportunities, optimizing strategies.
- Strong pitch crafting skills tailored to relevant publications and journalists.
- Experience with digital PR tools and techniques for efficient opportunity identification.
- Experience in content campaign ideation and outreach for link earning.
- Ability to build and maintain outreach lists of relevant journalists and sites.
- Active engagement on platforms where journalists seek expert commentary.
- Planning skills to time outreach campaigns effectively throughout the year.
- Follow-up skills to convert mentions into links.
- Experience working with brands in professional services and the world of work.
- Ability to analyze and report on campaign performance.
Nice to haves:
- Experience with SaaS or B2B brands.
- Experience managing and training junior team members in Digital PR.
This is a full-time remote role with an annual salary range of £30,000 to £45,000 GBP, plus discretionary bonuses and benefits. Salary and seniority are determined based on experience, education, and market data, with adjustments for candidates outside the UK or at different seniority levels.
