What you'll do

As Marketing Operations Manager, you will play a key supporting role in delivering impactful marketing programmes for the Maritime and Energy businesses.

You will work closely with the Maritime & Energy Marketing & Communications team, as well as Sales, Product, Strategy, Insight Analytics, and Central Marketing, to help plan and implement campaigns, events, digital activities, and reporting.

Your focus will be on ensuring marketing initiatives run smoothly - on time, on brand, and with measurable results.

The day-to-day

Marketing Operations and Project Coordination:

  • Support planning, execution, and reporting of integrated marketing campaigns aligned with business objectives.
  • Coordinate timelines, results, and approvals across stakeholders to ensure smooth project delivery.
  • Manage marketing calendars, event schedules, and content pipelines.
  • Assist in budget tracking, purchase orders, and vendor coordination.
  • Maintain asset libraries, campaign trackers, and other operational tools to support efficient team delivery.

Events and Campaigns:

  • Support the organisation of key trade shows, customer events, and partner activities.
  • Work with agencies and suppliers to ensure seamless execution and consistent brand presentation.
  • Help develop pre- and post-event communications, including invitations, email campaigns, landing pages.
  • Coordinate lead capture, follow-up, and performance reporting for each event.

Digital Marketing & Content Support

  • Assist in implementing digital campaigns across website, email, and paid channels.
  • Coordinate content publishing schedules.
  • Help prepare marketing collateral such as presentations, newsletters, and case studies, ensuring all materials meet brand standards.
  • Support data management and reporting in CRM and marketing automation tools.
  • Support measurement of campaign and event performance, tracking key metrics such as engagement, leads, and ROI.
What you'll need
  • 3–5 years’ experience in marketing coordination, operations, or project support within a B2B environment.
  • Strong organisational and multitasking skills with excellent attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines.
  • Good understanding of digital marketing principles and familiarity with CRM or automation platforms (e.g., Salesforce, Pardot).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word) and collaboration tools (e.g., Monday, SharePoint).
  • Experience working with external agencies and suppliers.
  • A proactive and collaborative mindset, with a willingness to learn and take initiative.
