A recruitment agency is seeking a Desktop Support Engineer for an on-site contract in Warrington. The role involves device deployment and user support in a secure facility for a major technology services provider, focusing on a large-scale laptop refresh project. Active SC clearance and UK nationality are mandatory. The ideal candidate will have experience in desktop support and will demonstrate professionalism and attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.
Qualifications
- Active SC clearance is mandatory at application stage.
- UK Nationality required due to the end-customer environment.
- Experience as Desktop Support Engineer or IT Field Support.
Responsabilités
- Build and configure laptops using standardised images.
- Provide assistance for onboarding and basic user setup.
- Maintain records of device status and deployment.
