Job summary

A regional healthcare provider is seeking a Unified Desktop Windows 11 Engineer to join their team in Southend-on-Sea. In this role, you will support critical IT equipment used by both clinical and non-clinical staff, ensuring seamless IT services across multiple hospital sites. The successful candidate will have extensive experience in IT service management and a background in desktop support, with relevant qualifications such as CompTIA+. The position offers a salary of £31,049 per annum.

Qualifications

• Extensive previous experience of working in an IT service management environment.
• Background in Desktop support/deployment or Service Desk Support.
• NHS experience.
• Full clean UK driving licence with own transport.

Responsibilities

• Support the Trust's end-user equipment, including desktops, printers, and mobile devices.
• Investigate and resolve issues related to applications, hardware, and operating systems.
• Participate in Windows operating system readiness and upgrades.
• Develop end-user and support documentation.
