Windows 11 Deployment Engineer - Washington - Tyne & Wear

Role: Windows 11 Deployment Engineer

Duration: 8th Dec - 16th Dec

Clearance: BPSS, NPPV OR SC

Hours: Monday-Friday, standard 8-hour day

Key Responsibilities

• Meet users in pre-booked 30-minute session
• Swap devices, complete scripted checks, confirm successful handover
• Ensure new device boots, connects, and functions correctly
• Collect and record return of old devices
• Escalate any issues to on-site technical support

Ideal Experience

• Previous desktop support, floorwalking, or device-deployment experience
• Strong interpersonal skills and customer confidence
• Comfortable working in structured, high-throughput environments
