This senior-level role will take responsibility for the overall performance and smooth running of the office, including HR, compliance, finance coordination, and operational oversight. Reporting directly to the Directors, you'll play a critical role in supporting strategic business growth and ensuring internal teams are aligned, efficient, and well-resourced. The Operations Manager and other departmental heads will report into this position.
