A leading care provider in Chesterfield is seeking a Team Leader to manage the care and support staff at nursing homes. The role includes collaborating with Registered Managers and ensuring high standards of care according to CQC regulations. Candidates should have or be willing to pursue a Level 3 qualification in care and possess experience working with vulnerable individuals. Hours: 24 hours per week
Salary: 19096.07 per annum
We have a fantastic opportunity for a Team Leader to join our teams in Calow Chesterfield.
As a Team Leader you will be working in collaboration with the Registered Managers, Staff Nurses and Home Support Workers within the nursing care setting. You will be responsible for professionally leading the care and support team during any span of duty ensuring the provision of a safe, effective and efficient care and support service to older people and people with learning difficulties / disabilities is maintained which respects their rights and choices and meets their individual needs inline with CQC Regulations and organisational policies and procedures.
