- As Hotel Duty Manager, take ownership of the hotel during shifts, ensuring smooth operations across all departments and delivering a seamless guest experience.
- Oversee both FOH and F&B operations with confidence.
- Attend daily briefings to understand guest needs, VIPs and special occasions.
- Welcome and bid farewell to guests in a warm, professional manner.
- Handle guest requests, special requirements and complaints effectively.
- Support teams to deliver a 5-star standard of service at all times.
- Use OPERA Cloud knowledge (desirable) to support smooth hotel operations.
- Drive between departments as required; a valid UK driving licence is essential.
- Experience across front of house and F&B within a hospitality environment.
- Strong leadership and communication skills, with the confidence to lead shifts independently.
- A guest-focused mindset, ensuring every visitor enjoys a 5-star experience.
- Knowledge of OPERA Cloud is preferable but not essential.
- A valid UK driving licence.
