A leading hospitality services company in Central London is seeking a Head of Hospitality to oversee all operational aspects and enhance guest experiences at a prestigious investment bank. Candidates should have a successful background in high-end hospitality environments and be adept at managing team dynamics and operational efficiency.

Qualifications

  • Successful hospitality background in a 5-star/Michelin star environment, ideally in Contract Catering.
  • Ability to display a real passion for food and customer service.
  • Demonstrate analytical approach to problem solving.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage the hospitality team, including hiring, training, and performance evaluations.
  • Develop and implement strategies to enhance guest satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Oversee daily operations of all hospitality services, including front desk, housekeeping, food and beverage, and event planning.
  • Develop and manage budgets for hospitality operations.
