- Communication & Escalation: Report shift performance and any blockers to the Department Co‑ordinator during or after shift; liaise with SLT Customer Experience if issues arise with labels, stock, or orders; notify relevant teams of delays, missing items, or urgent support needs in real time.
- Health, Safety & Cleanliness: Ensure all team members follow safety protocols, especially around lifting and machinery; keep packing areas clean, orderly, and hazard‑free throughout and at the end of each shift; participate in regular safety checks and help enforce compliance standards.
