A precision engineering company in Nottingham is seeking CNC Turners and Milers for permanent day shift positions. Candidates should be able to program CNC machines, interpret technical drawings, and work with precision measuring devices. This role offers job security in a growing production environment.
Formación
- Able to program/edit CNC machines directly.
- Experience in precision engineering is beneficial.
- Competent with handheld measuring devices like micrometres and verniers.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings.
Responsabilidades
- Work in a fast-paced production environment.
- Ensure high tolerances in precision engineering.
- Strengthen the production team to meet order demands.
Conocimientos
Working in a fast paced, short/medium production run environment, working to high tolerances for a precision engineering manufacturing business that can offer job security with a strong order book.
We are now looking for CNC Turners and CNC Milers to strengthen the production team in order to grow with the demand of the order books.
- Be able to program/edit online at the machine
- Experience within a precision engineering environment beneficial
- Competent working with handheld measuring devices associated in a machine shop environment - micrometres, verniers and various gauges.
- Competent at reading and interpreting technical drawings
These are permanent day shift positions.
