Role Overview:

My client is looking for an ambitious and results-driven Sales Director to lead their EMEA sales, helping to scale the business across the region. As the face of the company in EMEA, you will play a pivotal role in driving demand and building a high-performing commercial team. You will collaborate closely with the Global Executive Team to develop and execute the regional commercial strategy and expand their presence with key clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Lead the EMEA sales strategy to accelerate demand generation and revenue growth across the UK and broader EMEA regions.
  2. Build, nurture, and expand relationships with Hold Co., independent agencies, and direct brands to drive new business.
  3. Work closely with the global executive team to implement tailored commercial strategies that align with the company’s goals.
  4. Serve as the primary point of contact for the business in EMEA, representing the company’s values, vision, and capabilities to clients, partners, and industry stakeholders.
  5. Opportunity to build and manage a high-performance sales team, mentoring and supporting their development as the company grows.
  6. Drive pipeline management, focusing on delivering sales results and exceeding revenue targets.

Experience & Skills Required:

  1. Proven experience in selling brand advertising campaigns to agencies within AdTech or the digital advertising space.
  2. Strong and established network of contacts across the agency landscape, including key decision-makers.
  3. Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels.
  4. A demonstrated history of driving pipeline development and exceeding sales targets.
