A leading children's care provider is seeking a Regional Support Manager to oversee care homes in the North of the West Midlands. The role involves supporting managers, conducting audits, and ensuring compliance with Ofsted standards. Work as a Regional Support Manager for a children''s provider managing care homes in the North of the West Midlands around the Walsall and Rugeley areas. The provider seeks experienced Children''s Home and Regional Managers with a solid Ofsted background to manage day-to-day operations and support the Managers.
As a Regional Support Manager, you''ll be providing parachute support to the RMs, delivering audits, coaching and mentoring, managing disciplinaries, and having general oversight for all KPI-related activities in the Children''s Homes.
